Chaney Park has been a location full of memories. As stated from our elders, the location once was the home of Bryan High School and then a place for entertainment for the locals in the community. 
We have also had the opportunity to use this space to host many community events. 

This petition, is requesting we find use for the blue building for future community events. As a community, we feel that having a pavilion where there will be access to public restrooms would allow more events to happen with our local citizens. 

Currently, there is no public restrooms and every person that visits our park is negatively impacted by this. 

The positive that can result from this is more activity in our public park and more programs that we can implement to empower the youth in the community. 

This immediate change can happen with the support of our entire leadership at the City Council.
