We, PSTA riders and residents of Pinellas County, understand the need for a brand new Clearwater Transit Center in downtown Clearwater that is new, efficient & modern.

We urgently call on our local, state and federal officials and governments to build provide funding to build a new transit center as soon as possible.

Park Street Terminal is more than 40 years old and has been too small since 1997.
Buses are forced to pick people up on streets next to the station.

The leaky roof is so low that new electric & hybrid buses can’t fit under it – and can’t be used on the routes that serve the terminal.

PSTA already has plans for a brand-new transit center at Court St. and Myrtle Ave. (Just two blocks from Park St. Terminal).

The new transit center would have connections to the Pinellas Trail and provide space for bicycle parking, and better drop off locations for Uber, Lyft and taxis.
