Lisa Limbert is a fucking moron and a liar. This is NOT how a bat is supposed to live. Bats like Echo are SOCIAL CREATURES. Echo needs to be with others of her own kind and in a place where she can be free to fly, NOT in a fucking dog crate. The exotic pet trade is a terrible thing that needs to be stopped. Not an easy task, but saving Echo would be a step in the right direction. A home in Bat World with loving care provided by people who understand her needs and the company of other bats would be far better for her than what she's forced to endure now.

Our rehab clinic deals with over a thousand flying foxes each year these animals are not solitary animals they are highly social amongst their own species and it is vital for them at an early age to receive this socialism so they grow into healthy well adjusted little flying foxes it would be like taking a human baby and not letting it associate with another human like flying foxes we need this contact of our own species as a flighted animal Echo also requires the space to be able to fly and exercise to have the correct diet to maintain health and long life we here absolutely understand the needs of these highly intelligent creatures i only hope Lisa can come to understand the needs as well i can understand why she would love them but please teach children about these animals but don't let Echo suffer in doing so.

because the bat should not be considered or thought of as a pet and for someone to try to keep one is not only cruel but stupid

I want so much for Echo to have the happy fulfilling life, with friends, she so deserves. I think Lisa Limbert should really think, and put herself in Echo position. Although if she keeps breaking laws, the police might do that for her.

I love animals and bats and dislike exotic animal collectors.
