The USBC collegiate rule regarding college athlete transfers currently requires the bowler to sit out one full season when they choose to transfer schools. Bowling is the only sport this is required. Every other sport is allowed a one time transfer exemption. I am requesting that there be an amendment to the rule to match the other collegiate sports rule on this matter.
