Rule Anti gay bans under government and organizations unconstitutional

No one should feel unsafe in there own neighborhood. We are citizens and it is time we are given a voice. We cannot be supressed into the shadows of society as the "minorites" they want to make us. Society needs to start accepting us as people and stop demoralizing us for our differences. Government and Organizations should have no right in shunning individuals who follow the law or follow the rules to join as a member.

The constitution is the foundation on everything the u.s. stands upon. When the constitution was written it was written for the people. No one was excluded or left out. Even though there may be people they did not have in mind at the time. The document was meant to be a foundation for all of government.

The Amendment 10 states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." This is proof enough that power is in the hands of the people. To refer to the people is to gay people as well. To limit power from LBGT people is to limit rights from the people. To revoke power from a certain group is to have a civil dispute that needs to rectified if the constitution still remains true.

The Amendment 19 states "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex..." It is written within that someone cannot be judge on sex. In fact, to imply that each sex has equal rights implies that same sex have equal rights. With this reason alone to revoke same sex marriage is as illegal as revoking opposite sex marriage. LBGT rights are clearly outlined in the Constitution of the United States.

Bullying does not happen to gay students because they are gay. It happens because the public is telling everyone that is normal and to accept that gays are different. Bullies are not just kids, but future employers and associates who are told by the public they do not deserve the same rights. The end result is being pushed to the edge and not surprisingly living the lives they expect gay people to live. It is an endless cycle of domination and corruption.

Whether being gay is right or wrong. The constitution does protect the rights of those who are. Just as law is supposed to be without religion so it also does not judge individuality. the law is only to protect the people and not judge every little thing we do. To keep a civilized and modern society no one was excluded from these rights. We must fight to protect those who wish to exploit there hatred as just and a means of a "witch hunt."

Rule Anti gay bans under government and organizations unconstitutional

The constitution is the foundation on everything the U.S. stands upon. When the constitution was written it was written for the people. No one was excluded or left out. Even though there may be people they did not have in mind at the time. The document was meant to be a foundation for all of government.

In the section of We the People of the constitution of the United States expresses "We the People of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and and our posterity..." We made an agreement as an american to support the general welfare of all others in society. This includes LGBT members of this society. It also extends by posterity to us for our future welfare. I will make several examples of how these laws are in direct interference within our society.

It stands to reason that to revoke same sex marriage is as illegal as revoking opposite sex marriage. LBGT rights are outlined in the Constitution of the United States.

During the past slaves were once debated of their humanity. The founders had to debate whether they should be counted as humans and by how much. Right now we are in a similar situation. People want to see gays not by their humanity, but by their orientation. There are those who wish to restrict their rights, in any measure, to cut off their basic human welfare through government and organizations. In the previous examples it states equal rights between a man and a woman, as well as individual rights. If a gay man or gay woman is still a man or woman, than they deserve the same rights of any man or woman including the right of military service, the right to marry, the right to work, and any other rights those of the individual pertain too.

Anti gay bans under government and organizations instigate a deadly impact on the general welfare of society. Bullying is enacted because the law and organizations agree they deserve less than human rights. There have been cases of people bullying people who are not gay simply because they believe they are gay. The social epidemic is not something new to society. If gay members of society are ostracized from other humans than living any sense of a normal life will be as unheard of as those who believe that their lives naturally are abnormal.

If someone is turned down from an organization because they are gay in any respect. As long as the individuals met the other requirements of the organization. They are discriminating against an individual's basic human rights. As well as any ban in government that restricts a gay person from doing the same as any other fellow human being is discriminatory in nature and also restricting basic human rights. The government and organizations have no right to impede on a human's rights as outlined in the precious examples within the constitution. This however is in no consensus with the moral implication of being gay, but keeps the relevance of the subject matter on an individual level and not on a mandate level.

The refusal to associate because a person is gay does not reflect the right to associate. An association should only pertain to the personal level, but not discriminate on an individual level. As an organization hiring an employee. The right of association allows them to find the right employee, but it does not allow them to discriminate to the point of having an individual group of people forced to the streets. As well as individuals forced to associate only with people like them because they are band from an organization. That government refuses to accept them as human beings because they are different. This is not an infringement on organizations and government associations, but a purely discriminatory practice of society in persecuting an individual group of Americans.

Whether being gay is right or wrong. The constitution does protect the rights of those who are. Just as law is supposed to be without religion. It also does not judge individuality. The law is only to protect the people, and not judge every little thing we do.

To keep a civilized and modern society. No one was excluded from said rights. As long as a gay or straight citizen follows the exact same rules and regulation under law and organizations. They should by treated in the same respect. On the personal level an individual may find them unmoral, unethical, and reproach individuals.
