We support the many American Victims of Palestinian Terrorism - a grassroots campaign founded by the families of the victims - and demand justice for Americans murdered or injured by Palestinian Terrorists: the perpetrators must be brought to justice.

Terrorist attacks in foreign countries that result in U.S. citizen victims are crimes under United States laws and can be prosecuted in Federal courts. Since 1993, 64 Americans have been murdered by Palestinian terrorists and 48 Palestinian terrorist attacks involving U.S. citizens have occurred. Yet 0 Palestinian terrorists have been brought to justice by the American government.

We support the campaign to ensure that official American legislation is upheld by the American government (specifically, the Koby Mandell Act) and that the body established to oversee this - the Office for Victims of Overseas Terrorism in the Justice Department (OVT) does its job. The legislation passed in Congress stipulates that the OVT should act "to ensure that all terrorists involved in such attacks are pursued, prosecuted, and punished with equal vigor, regardless of the terrorists' country of origin or residence.”

We agree with Sherri Mandell, mother of Koby who was murdered at the age of 13, who said: “The Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism was established to pursue the killers of American citizens, yet it has done little when it comes to prosecuting Palestinian terrorists. This special office was established following legislation that was named after Koby. What should have been an honor in my son's memory has become a source of pain due to ineffective results. We want to ensure accountability and justice through the campaign's mission.”
