The Us Embassy in Jerusalem as well as Tel Aviv have been delayed (since COVID) and have made it extremely difficult to get service for a US Citizen, such as First time passport, CRBA, or passport renewal.
So much so, that we made alert groups to tell US Citizens when new slots have opened up. The slots that they do release end up going in seconds... ( VIP)
Our goal is for the embassy to either make new appointments or make it easier for US citizens to get service without jumping through hoops!
In addition, it would be nice if the Government could update their appointment scheduling site to make Jerusalem a city of Jerusalem and not it's own country.
