Jens Fankhänel hat diese Petition an US Government und gestartet.

The USA stole almost all of its territory from the indigenous people. The U.S. repeatedly broke the treaties it had made with the indigenous people. Millions of Native people were murdered.
Eventually, Native people have been forced onto tiny reservations. The reservations are under the supervision of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). All laws passed by the tribes require approval by the BIA. All elected tribal governments need endorsement by the BIA.
That is why we are now demanding full federal autonomy for all U.S. Indian tribes. Our demands are:

1. independence of all tribes from oversight by the U.S. government. All tribes be allowed to pass their own laws in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. Tribal laws do not have to be approved by the U.S. government. When in doubt, the Supreme Court decides whether tribal laws are consistent with the U.S. Constitution. All tribes may elect their own government without U.S. government approval.

2. independence of all tribes from federal interference. Neither the U.S. government nor the states should determine which schools tribal children may attend or what they learn in the schools. Neither the U.S. government nor the states should remove indigenous children from their families.

3. creation of new senatorial seats for all tribes in the U.S. Congress. Every indigenous tribe gets one Senator post in the U.S. Congress. Each of the new Senators shall be freely elected by his or her tribe.
