Please investigate US Embassy in Philippines for  lack of actions in processing of all F1 family based petitions.  We have been waiting for years to process our papers,  but haven’t hear anything from US embassy in Philippines. Our family are suffering from financial hardship, as well as  emotional and psychological stress from endless waiting and hoping to be with our family abroad. We are NOT ILLEGALS, we are going through LEGAL process, we spent a lot of time, money, and emotions to get our family overseas. Please help us.
