Swaziland is the last absolute monarchy, where King Mswati lll illegally holds executive, legislative and judicial powers plus he's above the law. As a result, he does not account to the people of Swaziland. 

Furthermore, he appoints the Prime minister, ministers, half of the members of parliament, all of senate, heads of SOEs, emandla and regional administrators. It is a norm that people account to those that elected them, the above mentioned people account to him, not to swazis and we as the people of Swaziland have no say in the structuring of the government & it is precisely for this reasons that we reject King Mswati & his dictatorial rights. That's why we are making the call for DEMOCRACY IN SWAZILAND. 

Swaziland is our country, it belongs to the people of Swaziland not the king. The king is also a citizen of Swaziland not the owner of it. We cannot allow him to continue looting the government coffers for himself and his family! Enough is enough!
