My husband, Cipriano Esparza Delgado, and I have been married for ten years. We have four beautiful children together, all of whom are US citizens. I am also a US citizen. We have established our own small business, and Cipriano works very hard to provide for our family. He spends all of his free time with his family, and especially loves surprising our children with fun family outings.
However, Cipriano is now in removal proceedings. His case was heard in front of an immigration judge and was denied, and we are now appealing that decision. I have health issues, and am often in severe pain, making me unable to adequately care for the children or even drive. Cipriano's presence is imperative for the support of our children and me.
Please tell the Department of Homeland Security and the appellate panel that Cipriano Esparza Delgado should be allowed to stay in the United States. He is a hardworking, loving father and husband, and there is no reason that our family should be separated. Thank you.
