Requesting the US Department of Defense to consider Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a Combat Zone or a location in direct support to Combat Zone operations such as OEF/OIF. If approved to please have all qualified veterans who acquired medical connected disabilities while serving on Guantanamo Bay, CU to be approved to claim CRSC(Combat-Related Special Compensation).
