Everyone needs a Social Security card eventually with a unique number identification. Should there ever be need for a call to arms which becomes more likely daily, male and female would already be registered. The voter ID card registered at birth by each state’s certificate would stop all attempts to restrict voting. The Voter ID card would insure no one can be arbitrarily removed from voter roles. Both the Selective Service and Voter ID would not become effective until each person reaches the age of maturity as defined by the state.
No need for voter photo ID since the registration is bestowed at birth with issuance of a birth certificate. Each birth certicate issuance number would be the same as the Social Security number. Could also be used as passport number.
