Justice for OG,

February 2013 Lewis Mobley was 35 at the time of his arrest and was charged with aggravated assult due to a shooting that happened in the bluff section of west Atlanta. There were over 20 people at the scene of the shooting, in which no one could identify Mr. Mobley. Officer Joseph from the Atlanta Police Department lied to the grand juror to get an indictment in which he stated witnesses identified Mr. Mobley. Upon his arrest, Mobley requested a fast and speedy trial, shortly thereafter the state turned the case over to the federal government. The federal government reindicted Mobley and charged him with weapon violation and the shooting. The victim of the shooting Jermaine Higgins testified in federal court that Mr. Mobley was not the person who shot him, and that APD officer Joseph and officer young forced Mr. Higgins to pick Mr. Mobley out of a photo line up. Mr. Mobley is part of the mental health system and was diagnosed at the age of 13 with paranoid schizophrenia and PTSD and amongst other diagnoses in which he take a variety of medication for his illness. The government prosecutor Kim Dammers repeatedly refused to recognize Mobley's illnesses even though he was taking medication while in custody for his illness. She continued to superseed Mobley with multiple charges over a course of seven years, due to the fact that Mr. Mobley refused to cooperate with the federal government or take a plea. She tried to recruit a blood gang member to bring harm to Mr. Mobley, but the gang member told Mr. Mobley the government's plot and wrote a statement. The government also used Gorilla tactics against Jermaine Higgins for refusing to lie on Mobley. Mr. Mobley was diagnosed incompetent to stand trial by a mental health doctor, yet the prosecutor Kim Dammers and Judge Thrash are forcing Mr. Mobley to stand trial when the law clearly state when one is found incompetent to stand trial he or she must be sent to a mental institution to address those issues at hand. Judge Thrash and Kim Dammers both agreed on record that Mr. Mobley has a mental illness over seven diagnosis. Mr. Mobley was refused bail and mental health treatment over a course of seven years in which he lost two grandmas and a sister. The prosecutor continued to allow get out of jail free deal to anybody willing to lie and testify against Mobley. Five indictments and seven years later Mobley remain in federal custody and was recently indicted under the Rico Statue and thrown into a melting pot with guys he don't know. Please join us in bringing Justice for OG, as we demand for Judge Thrash and prosecutor Dammers to be removed from Mr. Mobley's case and sent to a mental institution for treatment and not trialed under these unconstitutional condition.
