Petitioning Iowa Board of Parole Iowa Board of Parole Members

Urgent! Iowa Board of Parole: Do not grant parole to inmate #6178813 on 11/8/2012

It is a matter of life and death for my family of 7. He has relentlessly stalked my family since 2008, and is incarcerated serving a total of 21 years. His counselors and prison officials feel he is rehabilitated after serving only 2 years of hard time in prison, and they are asking for his release. He was convicted of his 5th stalking charge in October 2011 and perjury in April of 2012. My family members are his victims and we have had no break from his pursuit of us. Releasing him right now would put my family in grave danger, as he is rated at the highest risk to re-offend.

Letter to
Iowa Board of Parole Iowa Board of Parole Members
Dear Iowa Board of Parole Members,

This is a matter of life and death for my family of 7. This situation started when he broke into my home and assaulted me the morning after I broke off our relationship in June of 2008. He has relentlessly stalked my family since, and is incarcerated serving a total of 21 years due to the over 40 charges he has incurred. His counselors and prison officials feel he is rehabilitated after serving only 2 years of hard time in prison, and they are asking for his release. He was convicted of his 5th stalking charge in October 2011 and perjury in April of 2012. My family members are his victims and we have had no break from his pursuit of us. He is now appealing his conviction on the 5th stalking charge to the Iowa Supreme Court. Releasing him right now would put my family in grave danger, as he is rated at the highest risk to re-offend. Five of our six children live with my husband and I and it just is not worth the risk to be wrong if you grant him parole.

Thank you,

Victoria Kuper
