Superstition and black magic take a society backward and are harmful for the development of citizens. Education in the past century has brought a lot of change, however, there are still areas of improvement. Particular, in this case is the example of Punjab wherein certain people have claimed to bring back the dead on video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9Q7oqwNlAY&feature=youtu.be Many such examples exist in the case of Punjab and if not checked upon, this will lead to a chaos and confusion in the society at large. Notably, other states such as Maharashtra and Karnataka have passed the similar acts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Superstition_and_Black_Magic_Act to curb the menace of superstition and black magic and foster the path of development. 

CM Punjab, Mr Bhagwant Mann is appealed to bring in a law in the assembly to keep a check on superstition and black magic.
