Illinois has 11 nuclear power plants in the state.  More than any other state in the country.  With the recent disaster in Japan, Illinois must offer tax incentives to green energy initiatives and greatly expand its current use of wind power.

Wind farms do not pollute our environment and take advantage of a free resource, wind.

Urge the largest state in the Midwest to become a leader on this issue.
