Chapel Hill Approves Urban Archery

Urban Archery
Durham, NC

Nov 23, 2012 — This will be the 3rd year that Chapel Hill has enrolled in the NCWRC's Urban Archery Program. Chapel Hill is definitely taking deer control seriously by offering not only the month long urban archery season but also the regular deer season from Sept. 8 to Jan. 1 (bow only) to its residents. Harvesting deer during the early season is important to deer control by obtaining antlerless deer prior to the breeding season.
