Since most of the candidates are away from their exam centres it would be difficult to reach exam centre in context of Current prevailing conditions.

During these Lockdown we have an psychological breakdown which has derailed preparation of many of candidates. Additionally we were unable to have access to essential ingredients needed in preparion like Daily Newspaper, Test series, Access to Library and many more. 

Apart from this, Ii would also be Inappropriate to call so many student at one exam centre. That would Entirely defeat the purpose of around 2 month of nationwide complete lockdown.

Every competitive exam must be held based on the principle of Fairness, However in this case if exam conducted on 31st may will go contrary to this principle because candidates living in the remotes corner of country are at disadvantage to those living in urban centres. 

Providing Sufficient time to the candidates for Preparation is not only need of the hour but would be Just, Fair and reasonable. �
