Transitioning classes strictly to in-person and not giving students the right to pick the delivery format will impact many International students who are still stranded outside of Canada, students with underlying health conditions and immune deficiencies and several others who are strained by this decision. 
On behalf of many engineering students, we would like to request the University of Ottawa to accommodate everyone’s needs for the academic year 2022-2023 and offer Bimodal learning options like other uOttawa faculties.
