I was charged for 3 times of "harassment " while I was caught cussing in playstation party chats. Whatever the offenses are, we do not deserve to have our paid games taken away from us just because they were bought digitally. I've been gaming with playstation for 8+ yrs and invested around $3000 just buying games and services. Now, I've never regret being their costumer as much as now. They took 10 months of payment from me for their highest tier membership of ps plus. I feel robbed from yet another mega corporation and they don't care. I'm never spending another dollar on playstation till I at least get my account back. I'm not paying another month of ps plus right after they stole those 10 months. TOS is too strict and they need to resent with those who have been loyal. A lot of people have these problems too and I don't know how they can stand this type of treatment.
