Boycott Booking.com and expose its fraudulent practices

My daughter was conned into paying twice the agreed price in order to save her holiday In a couple of days. Booking.com passing the blame to hotel for mistakingly putting the wrong price then cancelling room unless paid the double £. This is the 2nd issue our family has had with them passing the buck to a hotel. You are not protected. Unhelpful customer service. Hard to avoid when they have lots of arms e.g Priceline, kayak, rentalcars, etc
