My daughter was conned into paying twice the agreed price in order to save her holiday In a couple of days. Booking.com passing the blame to hotel for mistakingly putting the wrong price then cancelling room unless paid the double £. This is the 2nd issue our family has had with them passing the buck to a hotel. You are not protected. Unhelpful customer service. Hard to avoid when they have lots of arms e.g Priceline, kayak, rentalcars, etc

La mia esperienza con Booking.com è pessima: ho mandato una recensione negativa, e non è stata pubblicata. Quindi ho mandato un reclamo ufficiale, e Booking.com mi ha risposto in maniera vergognosa. Avevano promesso una indagine sull'albergo, e non si sono fatti più sentire. Per la mia esperienza, Booking.com è complice degli alberghi disonesti.

I was scammed by Booking.com I will tell you how they do this.I booked a hotel room Ocean Park Hotel in L.A. I had a pre payment taken of £95.06p plus £1.08p for transaction fee. Then this I the scam part, Booking.com have control over all correspondence and they emailed me saying my card was invalid! Then how did you manage to take monies I asked them? No reply just lame excuses. I had monies taken quickly on 10th April but not returned and they canny room.Just want my money back, I'm not rich.

Arjun is a dear friend and I highly recommended booking.com to him from my experiences. We worked together on this booking with Apparteo Palatino Paris 13. It's pains me deeply that my favorite hotel booking website, who I recommended to my friend, is ditching him. This is total lost of my trust with booking.com and my friend in me.

Me convocaron a una supuesta entrega de "premio" de una tarjeta por 3000 pesos para gastar en tiendas departamentales por parte de VISA/Mastercard supuestamente ...Al llegar al Hotel Fiesta Americana reforma Por supuesto que NO estaban los de VISA/Mastercard al entrar a la Supuesta reunión.Como carajos obtubieron mis datos?!!! Les segui el juego al darme cuenta de que algo no estaba bien GRABE VIDEO. Por supuesto NO me dieron esa tarjeta y solo me dieron un papel diciendo que yo tengo que enviar un mail a booking.com que me lo contestarian diciendo fecha de envío de la tarjeta ... Eso no ha pasado fue puro FRAUDE y tengo video y fotografías . Cierren ese cirio fraudulento!!!!

The SAME THING happened with me. I was booking my hotel for Prague from 29 may- 1june. The hotel said "free cancellation" but the very next day i was charged.
