Further restrictions have been occurring on the school computers for Poway Unified School District. Tragedy struck when coolmathgames was banned on 2-28-22. These restrictions have put the students of our district in a state of reverse Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. Before these restrictions we saw the “world”, meaning chromebooks in this instance’ with little restrictions or limitations. We have since been locked up and only forced to see the “shadows on the wall”, which is the restricted access that we currently have, yet we still know the access we used to have and we crave for it. The students as a whole need cool math games back to play in leisure time.
