Village at the arbors has had countless leasing managers and each of whom never do their job. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They can never keep a maintenance team and even then half of them don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing. They come up with all these figures they want you to pay yet no one can fix the problems (plumbing, ceiling leaks, mice, mold etc..) in the units. The residents can’t even live in peace because management can’t keep up with who owes what, what needs to be fixed, they barely answer the phones during operating hours and there’s always attitude when asking them to do there job. I care because myself and my family have to live here and I’d rather live stress free knowing that even though management doesnt have to live here but they care and they get it. I feel as if we are able to get new management or just someone that knows what they’re doing in office then living here for EVERYONE would be easier.
