The wages for employees of Assembly Leamington (Nightclub) are currently withheld illegally. Assembly Leamington has a history of withholding staff wages and pay discrepancies. Employees have tried to contact their employers several times but are ignored. Assembly Leamington uses predatory hiring practices (shady contracts, only paying in cash, poor training) so that they can escape accountability. We are asking the University of Warwick and the MP for Warwick and Leamington, to get involved on our behalf. Students at the University of Warwick make-up most of their staff and their customer base.

We are also calling for action to investigate into the poor working conditions, health and safety concerns, and history of aggression/physical violence in this establishment. There is an established pattern of aggression aimed in particular to their student customers and staff. This is not a place that is safe for students, and as such there must be a thorough and extensive investigation that addresses all these concerns.
