You are the only community based non-profit organization and because of the loss of jobs for students and because of environmental reasons.

All advocates and all levels of government need sound information based on facts obtained from RESEARCH to form successful policies. Do not cut funding to the VIPIRG.

Parent groups are recommending student advocates to all 60 school district boards throughout BC and the VIPIRG would provide invaluable support to them.

Parent groups are working tirelessly to give students a voice including lowering the voting age as they have in Scotland and your actions contravene these efforts. Cutting funding to this group would be a travesty to all students.
