At present, and much to the dismay of prospective graduates of the University of The Bahamas North,  current “Levels of Pass” for any degree programme are:

Distinction: cumulative GPA 3.51 - 4.00
Credit: cumulative GPA 3.00 - 3.50
Pass: cumulative GPA 2.00 - 2.99 

The Student Government Association, the voice of the students, has heard the concerns of students about these “levels of passes; ”especially the “pass” and “credit.” Hence, they have asked us, their representatives, to advocate on their behalf, to have the current designation of “pass” to be renamed to “credit” and “credit” to be renamed to “honors;” keeping the allocated grade point average the same.

All in all, the students would like the levels of pass recognized and awarded to be Credit, Honors, and Distinction (keeping the respected cumulative GPA).

The Student Government Association at UB North is prepared to advocate on behalf of the student body to allow their voices to be heard. However, we need your signatures to help with this process.
