Free Printing for UT Students at Campus Libraries

Considering we already pay a substantial amount of money to attend the University of Texas, I feel we should be allowed access to free printing at the university's libraries. While the current price of $0.10 does not put a major dent in student's wallets, it begins to add up as we often have to print essays, lecture slides, and homework.
This does not necessarily have to be achieved through unlimited printing. This could be made possible through a system that allots a certain amount of pages per week or per month. Regardless of the method chosen, access to printing/copying resources on campus that do not require Bevo Bucks seems like a reasonable request on the behalf of students who are already fighting debt on their current loans.
