Unfortunately, the Director of Student Affairs position was cut and Kristy Santos will no longer be at USJ. If you had the opportunity to interact with Kristy, you know that she is a very generous lady who did her best to advocate and improve the USJ community. She supported students all the time, no matter how many things she already had on her plate or what time it was (literally!). If you played a sport, you would have seen Kristy's face in the stands at one of your games. During the transition to online classes, she made sure to meet with us weekly to make sure we were ok. She always encouraged us to use our voice and speak up. 

We are very saddened and confused by this decision. We have started this petition to urge USJ to reevaluate the termination of her position. We are speaking up and doing exactly what Kristy Santos would want us to do. Please sign this petition to show support. Feel free to leave any comments about your own personal experiences with Kristy.
