Remote learning students (mostly international students stranded overseas) at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) had paid full tuition fee and accommodation fee for 2020/2021. The domestic students were back in campus and onsite teaching was resumed since last Apr 2020. The remote learning students deserve a partial refund, remote learning has failed to provide students with the complete university experience they pay for through their tuition. In addition, they are unable to access campus facilities, such as library, laboratories, equipment, and events (e.g. fairs, workshops – no online options, which resulted in opportunities lost). The university had ignored the refund request and fail to attend the issue. The students want their voices heard.
