The bathrooms in Rice Dormitory at the University of North Alabama need to be remodeled. They have been the same since the 1970's. The bathrooms are in bad condition, they is mold everywhere and they smell humid. The showers are not working properly, and the water is either too hot or too cold there is no in between. The sinks are in bad condition and the pipes are brown. The water does not come out clear, the water comes out in a light yellow and it is not good for us. The bathrooms are not cleaned all the time, and this causes to have roaches.The metal benches and the shower rods in the shower are falling apart and they are eroding.

Rivers Dormitory is almost the same as ours, however the bathroom is remodeled and the water comes out clean. They do not have problems with it being to hot or to cold. They do not have rodents and the cleaning staff does clean them everyday. The rivers halls showers are much nicer and bigger.
