WE THE PEOPLE stand united to demand that the Board of Curators remove Senator Roy Blunt's name from the new UM research building. Not should a Healthcare building NOT be name after ANY POLITICIAN, we should not name it after a politician who Does not support healthcare. Instead, we propose that the new building be named after that late Dr. Ross, a man who spent DECADES working at the university and was well loved by the staff and patients. We ask that you remove Senator Blunts name as he does not support healthcare, and actively promoted policies that would in fact harm many missourians. He is not the person to name a healthcare building after, and as such we will not be using that building as long as his name is tied to the property.
