I petition for all UD (University of Delaware) students to self-isolate for 14 days upon returning home. Due to the confirmed positive coronavirus case of a professor, some students are likely carriers of the virus and by releasing students from the campus will allow immediate spread of the virus. However, a 14 day self quarantine should help keep the public safe.
