I am a student living in the dorms. Everyday, there are students who are ill in public areas of the dorms without a mask. You cannot protect yourself from COVID by wearing a mask as much as if the person with COVID is wearing a mask. This makes many students in dorms feel unsafe, especially many of the students who are immunocompromised. If CU required weekly testing for students in the dorms, it would foster a much safer environment. This was done the previous year, yet has not been incorporated into the Fall 2021 plan although the Delta Variant is present. Please sign this petition to let the school know you would like weekly COVID tests to be done.
