I know of a few little bins on campus to recycle but what if we have a actual bag of items to be recycled? We have to carry it across campus to the CTL building or to the Nigh to throw them away. Since the UCO commons residents do not need a meal plan we end up buying a lot of plastic bags, water bottles and glass that can be recycled but no where to take it. I want UCO to put a recycling dumpster or bin near the Commons to help with the overwhelming amount of trash that we students throw away. This will help reduce the waste of plastic, lower our landfills and overall make us more aware of the affect on the world.
