We as students are stressed out after the recent PHYCS102 midterm test, between having to deal with an exam with a lot of technical issues attached to it, the difficulty of the subject itself, and having to wait for manual grading to finish on top of that, had gotten even the best of us worn out, which also affected our performance in other tests.

We simply ask that the upcoming make-up test questions are all in the form of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for several reasons:

1. MCQs don't need manual grading as the score gets revealed upon submission, this is a relief for both students and instructors.

2. Students don't have to worry about rounding off if they see an answer that's very close to their result among the choices.

3. MCQs means there is a lower chance of having another widespread technical problem, and they also less taxing on older devices when compared to images.

4. Due to the above point, it's also better if all the questions were in the same page, this also results in a better experience overall, for example if someone's internet disconnected while they are trying to load the next question, this will cause a problem as the page can't load and they will get kicked out of the test, meanwhile if they were in the same page the internet connection can re-connect in the background without issue.

These are the top reasons we could think of and we implore you that you consider our request.
