The students at VSU (Virginia State University), living in the University Apartments at Ettrick created this petition to lower the cost of living due to the expenses paid throughout the semester. Students pay over $15,000 dollars for unclean halls and residential homes, broken doors & appliances, $200 dollar Parking passes, Broken Ceiling Fans, Broken Lights, and Paid "Limited" Visitor Parking. Students pay these expenses expecting better when things are worse not to mention the two deaths that happened in the community one year alone. Help us by making this change!!!
