During the Covid outbreak, many sectors including EDUCATION have been  affacted significantly, thus  educational inequality seems to be rised. Online education, almost without any cost, seems to be the solution to decrease the EDUCATIONAL INEQUALITY.  We invite all top 10 most influencial universities listed below  to be the first to initiate this action by     having   extra quota (10, 20, 50 or more  for each department) for students from other  universities mainly from the ones having lesser opportunities. How hard can be  for any of them  to have more quota during the online lessons for the next semester? We invite all the universities to have SISTER UNIVERSITIES. Educational collaboration may be great a  great chance for our lovely disscociating planet during pandemic.
