¿Por qué es importante esta petición?

Hi!
I am Cindy Ospina from Colombia, I was your mate at IHE-Delft and I am a neurodiverse woman. What means being neurodiverse? It means that my brain works different than yours and I need special conditions to achieve the same goals you would pursue. In my case I was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) since my childhood.
I had to struggle and overpass many barriers to get to the same point as you are. It took longer to finalise my MSc in Sanitary engineering and I had to face a lot of physical, mental and emotional issues to achieve my goal. Even though I did great, I scored well in all the subjects and got 8 marks in my thesis. The IHE-Delft is not answering my request to be included in any graduation ceremony (neither virtual).
Here is where it comes my request to you because I trust you believe in equity:
Since I already posed those issues to the institution, but I am having NO answer, this time I want to fill a formal complaint but with YOUR support. This way my voice might be heard, not just getting my dreamed graduation ceremony, but also giving visibility to the barriers that neurodiverse people handle in order to get to such milestones.
Contribute to inclusiveness and sign my petition!!
