Fans are fed up with the bad service of Universal "Universal Digital Stores" 

The company is not fulling its commitments to its customers and has inadequate customer services. 

The store takes customers money... Then doesn't dispatch orders or claim they have but don't hand them to postal providers (especially premium couriers that have been paid for)

This public petition is aimed towards Universal stores and includes Trading Standards along with high profile TV shows in the hope of them picking it up to stop further fans being ripped off and disrespected further by these stores. 

Stores such as HMV and Amazon are able to fulfill orders.. Universal Stores have no excuse but historically have treated their customers badly. It needs to stop and people need to receive the products they have spent their hard earned money on
