A purported employee of United Way of Southeast Missouri, Rachel Steenberg, has displayed repulsive and repugnant behavior consisting of mockery, perhaps taunting, of George Floyd’s murder.

The United Way of Southeast Missouri takes pride in serving as the leader in uniting people and resources to find new solutions to old problems and mobilizing a stronger and healthier community in which every individual thrives with resiliency through their life cycle. Unfortunately after further review of their page it indicates that this hateful individual does not work there, nor has she ever. To hide behind a factitious name or details portray that you are in fact a coward.

Together we rise and divided we fall. I vehemently encourage all who know this individual to share with this individuals employer to allow for swift action, including termination, to relieve them of this significant liability.
