I know these people in Alaska Tasha Kahele they had a company Called Aloha Poke and they changed there name to Leis Poke cause they were served from Aloha Poke Co. Saying that they have the right to the name Aloha Poke I have never heard of something so rediculas
Aloha is in your heart not on paper . Poke is from the sea and our hands that was taught to us to lomi our food by our tutu which means grandparents. So our history goes a long way and I would not trade this for the world. Aloha Poke Co. They could had had our blessings but when you go and make pilikia with our people spiritual words that means alot of different meanings you know that's not good...when this man wants our word Aloha no no no uses these words and this man that owns Aloha Poke Co. time is coming our Lord is an awesome god he will open the doors for us.

Cultural appropriation at its worst. This is real racism and it needs to be stopped.
