This is such a critical cause, especially. Fortunately, the general public is becoming more aware of the pressing issue to prevent skin cancer, as the Surgeon General has issued a nationwide call to action to this matter. Once I have reached my goal of 1,000+ pledges, I intend to make the Surgeon General himself aware that his call to action is indeed being implemented.

So in an effort to prevent skin cancer, and especially melanoma, in which the number of cases is up 200% since the 1970's, please, join in the movement of breaking the social norm to be tan; embrace your wonderful, natural self and PLEDGE TO BE PALE!! Once you have pledged, please share among family, friends, colleagues, followers, whomever.
