As an American father who has been a continuing support both financially and especially emotional in my children lives. Would like the opportunity to enjoy the American dream of home ownership, financial freedom and travel. I have been in debt for some time. My debt is one that I never took out myself. I have been punished for being a deadbeat. But I am in my children lives. They spend weekends and other times with me as agreed upon with their Mother. I sometimes, barely have the means to feed them. I live in a 2 bedroom family with my friend. My children and I are sleeping in the same room together. My daughter, who is 10 years old, sleeps in my bed with me. My son is forced to sleep on the floor. If I had an opportunity to get my own home or apartment, this wouldn't be an issue. Debt has forced me to not able to support my children or myself when they are with me. I speak for every American man and woman who goes through the same problems as I when I say, please give us the opportunity to support our families by finally repealing and ending the Bradley Amendment of 1986. Give us the opportunity to show our children how to live the American dream of home ownership and financial freedom. Thank you.
