Remove Child Support From Domestic Court Jurisdiction

Many married and or divorced citizens are being refused financial support for their children because their child support orders are under the jurisdiction of the local domestic relations courts. Because of this married and or divorced citizens CANNOT contact CSEA , or Child Support Enforcement Agencies for financial support assistance for their children. In these instances, citizens are often required to pay filing fees and increased attorney fees to receive financial child support for their children-which is not the case in medical support. To remove financial child support from the jurisdiction of Domestic Relations courts, will allow married and or divorced citizens to receive financial support for their children, even in the instance of financial instability.
