We are seeking help from the United States Supreme Court to declare a state of emergency for the state of Pennsylvania and to intervene on our behalf to over rule any future COVID orders, should they be put in place,  by PA governor Wolfe.   The governor of this state has set up needlessly oppressive rules for small business and business owners who have had their rights taken away and make it almost impossible to operate their business. Large corporate businesses continue to operate while restaurants, gyms and bars were ordered closed.

These are not just the businesses affected. Families of those owning the business, the lives of workers and their families  are directly affected.  Entire communities are affected as well when these businesses close or are forced to attempt to operate under  unprecedented restrictions put in place by Wolfe.

By this time, our entire world is familiar with the dangers of the pandemic. We are all aware of precautions we choose to take.  We are able to make decisions without an order from a governor to dictate which businesses he sees and declares essential vs non-essential.  Certainly there are no two individuals whose essential needs might be the same as another and certainly a governor is in no position to make that judgement for the people of Pennsylvania.  

In comparison with the majority of the other states during this pandemic,  Pennsylvanians are being held to “orders” few other states hold.
