Marie Pierce started this petition to United States Supreme Court and

My brother was sentenced to 30 years in prison at the age of 14 for a crime he didn't commit. He has served over 20 years so far. The family has not had any contact with him since 2009. We need answers now as to what is going on. Last time we had seen him he was in good spirits. Now he is in a medical facility and we have no clue why.  When we were communicating he would tell us how the guards would beat him, tie him to beds for days and even starve him.  We want justice and we want to be able to see him to make sure he is well. We as his family have reached out to different attorneys/agency's  and still haven’t been successful. Please help us, I’m urging you. No one should have to have spend their whole entire child hood and majority of their adult life in prison without being able to see their family. My brother was a great kid, full of life. This is cruel! Please help us with information on how to proceed with this matter.
