There needs to be proof a child need's taken from there mother or father. No one should be able to walk in and receive emergency custody of a child unless there is NEGLECT, ABUSE AND OR ABANDONMENT. I haven't seen my little girl in1 yr and 3 weeks. She turns 4 this month and her father will not allow me to speak to her let alone see her. He got a DUI n children endangerment with her, I moved out and my mother his lawyer lied to a judge 11 out of 14 statements. Then police came and took her from me at 2:30 am as she screamed "MOMMY MY MOMMY NO". I can continue  to teach preschool but my life is gone. I have 3 older kidos and they haven't been able to see her either. CPS in the middle of court ask the judge ' we still on for pee soup'. They also used a rape against me, that my boss committed on myself one month before they took her. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME AND OTHER FAMILY'S.
