We are demanding the immediate release of Homaidan AlTurkey considering his plea all innocence, time served and his deteriorating health condition.

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Homaidan Ali Al-Turki moved to the United States  of America with his family in order to continue his education, and he obtained a master's degree from the University of Denver, Colorado, USA. With Honours.

Humaidan Al-Turki is considered one of the most famous Saudi prisoners in the United States of America. He was arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Homaidan is a very kind hearted mana lot of people embraced Islam, and all of this was because they felt threatened by the missionary movement as an influential person

Several charges were laid against Homidan Al-Turki.

Al-Turki denied these accusations

Despite Humaidan al-Turki's denial of all the accusations laid against him, the Arapahoe County District Court sentenced him to 28 years in prison.

Homaidan and his family have tried to appeal the sentencing and it kept getting rejected.

There are vigorous attempts to obtain a conditional release ruling for Homaidan Al-Turki in order to serve the remainder of his sentence in Saudi Arabia, especially as he suffers from a deteriorating health condition in the American prison, and does not receive appropriate medical care.

‏وتم توجيه عدة اتهامات لحميدان التركي،
‏وقد أنكر التركي هذه الاتهامات
‏وعلى الرغم من إنكار حميدان التركي لكافة الاتهامات التي تم توجيهها ضده، إلا أن المحكمة الأمركية حكمت عليه بالسجن لمدة 28 وتم الاجتماع به من قبل FBI للعمل لصالحهم أو ان يُخلد في السجن فكان رده أن أُهان ولا اخون الوطن
‏واستنفذ سُبُل الطعن القانونية الأمريكية، وفي كل مرة يتم رفض الطلب المقدم من الدفاع الخاص به
‏وهناك محاولات حثيثة من أجل الحصول على حكم بالإفراج المشروط عن حميدان التركي من أجل قضاء بقية مدة محكوميته في المملكة العربية السعودية، وخاصة أنه يعاني من تدهور حالته الصحية في السجن الأمريكي، ولا يحصل على الرعاية الطبية المناسبة
